Right now there are only 4 full weeks remaining before the USA Cycling Southeast Regional Development Camp at Furman University in Greenville, SC.  This is going to be great as I am returning to it after attending it for the first time last year.  This camp is one of the best cycling devoting thing I’ve participated in.  We will

 be riding in the mountains which is very exciting for me as living in Florida, I do not get the opportunity of real mountains.  It starts on Sunday June 8 until Friday June 13.  While at camp, we are tested by doing several different time trials, two on a mountain called Ceasar’s Head and four “flat” TTs.  I’m looking forward for these tests, getting to see everyone again and riding very hard and long for six days.  Also, “knockdown” is done every night, (unless it rains) in the field, which I found out I do enjoy.  This is a great time to show off your bike handeling techniques and track standing other people out.  Once again, it’s going to be great again this year.
